Concrete Engineering is proud to be the first company in Russia that used composition reinforcement for high- quality industrial floor construction. Composition reinforcement means the combination of steel and polypropylene fiber with traditional reinforcement cage. Steel fiber added to concrete provide its three dimensional strengthening while synthetic fibers help to protect concrete construction against defect occurring (caused by shrinkage reinforcement) at early stages. Custom concrete with fiber added is easy to place, more plastic and bearing capacity increase.

Concrete Engineering has a successful experience of pile field technology usage when building on soft soil. Concrete Engineering has designed unique floor calculation methods and suggested not-standard technical solutions for joint connection reinforcement. Taking into consideration that uncontrolled process of surface and through fissures occurring can lead to floor slab durability decrease we were the first to develop specific measures to avoid this process. Now we use those measures on practice successfully.

We have studied existent Russian and foreign technical solutions. Due to this investigation we have defined calculation algorithm that brings difficult nonlinear model of floor construction to a linear one. The use of this algorithm allows to simplify practical calculations.

Concrete Engineering takes opinion of leading scientific specialists of research institutes such as MGSU, NIIZHB and TSNIIPromzdaniy on the questions of floor construction calculation methods, difficult ground foundation features consideration, ways of solving of certain complicated matters.
