Introduction of the quality management approaches and guidelines is a key issue for customer intimacy, guaranteed steady progression of the company, its compatibility on the market and catch-up world standards policy for its products.

To provide quality of designing and installation of floors the company "SK Concrete Engineering" has implemented the quality control system that allows to meet requirements for ICO 9001 – 2000 (GOST R ISO 9001-2001). Actually it is an authentic to the text of "Quality Management Systems" MC ISO 9001 – 2000.

The quality management system means implementation of the snapped plans and arrangements related to the quality issues that should apply to any stage of the activities, any key process the company is involved in as well as any level of the organizational structures in order to improve manufacturing activities.

Performance of steps and actions taken within the quality management system should be proven by the following:

multiple fine comments and recommendations issued by Customer during adequate operation and use of the industrial floors produced by our company;

registered certificates issued by our partners- manufacturers of materials. These certificates prove the permanent quality level sustained by our company.

The key issue for the company successful activities is consumer-oriented marketing. The company depends on its customers; hence, it is crucial to meet current customers' needs and foresee them in the future, abide by demands and serve to expectations.

The company is monitoring information related to apprehension and awareness by customers of the fact that our services are meeting the requirements of the normative and technical documentation. Corrective and preventive actions have been taken based on customers' tests and evaluations. Such actions should be developed and carried out in order to repair and eliminate the grounds for non-conformity and to prevent its reappearance.

Along with production targets as a part of the quality management system it should be considered step-by-step re-equipment and technical upgrade, introductions of the innovative technologies, equipment and materials as well as permanent training of the personnel. It allows to improve quality of the rendered services, to cut down costs and deadlines of the construction, to meet the highest industrial standards and to set up a system of the incentives.
